      TiBiDi

      TiBiDi

      TiBiDi stands for Think It, Believe It, Do It and is a half day, must have, session for ANYBODY who wants to raise their self-awareness, tap into their self-belief and make huge personal or work strides as a result.

      TiBiDi is an all-hands, interactive event featuring input, group exercises, challenges, video and audio footage which seeks to challenge your status quo.

      The basic premise of TiBiDi is that if you can conceive of something that you want to do in life, and have sufficient positive belief in yourself, then you can Do It – anything. TiBiDi works best with groups of over 20 people and can operate with up to 100 people, making it an ideal, cost effective session for your next away-day or offsite.

      This course – and its follow up programme “TiBiDi II – Playing from a 10” is powerful stuff and one that has been seen by thousands and comes highly recommended.

        Psycho!

        Psycho!

        Psycho! (short for Psycho-Geometrics) is a intense and fun exercise that helps people understand their personal preferences and those around them.

        Based on Jungian Psychology (think MBTI, Insights, Tetramap) this fun, interactive and unique exercise can be run for a small team or a large group or department.

        The exercise is based on a pack of expertly designed “playing cards”, Psycho! will give your employees a working insight into understanding their character and those around them.

        The benefits of doing this are many fold; not least greater self-awareness, an ability to get non-judgemental feedback from others, plus the ability to flex their style to communicate and influence those above and below them in the Organisation.

          Coaching

          Coaching

          In my mind, the ability to Coach effectively is one of the key differentiators between normal and outstanding leaders.

          Many people understand the concept and value of Coaching but do not have the tools and confidence to do it in the workplace and beyond. Others have the tools and models (from previous courses or from reading about Coaching) but are unsure how and when to use this style of Leadership.

          My take on Coaching is based on the Grow Model and the sense that the Coach’s job is to reduce the “interference” being felt by the Coachee, not to fix the problem. Add to this a belief that the Coachee is resourceful and this makes for a very powerful ‘pull” style of leadership.

          My Coaching offering is two-fold;

          1. To train leaders and managers in the “how and why” of Coaching so that people understand the power and scope of this approach.
          2. To actually Coach individuals in your Organisation so that they can reduce their own “interferences” and hence solve their own problems more effectively.

            Personal Presence

            Personal Presence

            Personal Presence can be run as an individual (1:1) session or as a team but the goal is still the same;

            To help Senior Personnel discover how they can make themselves more confident, communicative, approachable and commanding with an audience.

            All Senior Executives are expected to have “Presence”, i.e. the ability to light up a room, to influence and command an audience and to make a compelling and coherent presentation. Unfortunately, not everybody in this position has had the appropriate training nor experience in their earlier career and even if they have, do not have the self-esteem and confidence to be able to carry it off.

            This intervention delivers those presentation and communication skills and mindsets through a series of inputs, role plays and coaching sessions.

              Key Notes, Facilitation and Consultancy

              My experience of training, coaching, presenting and speaking in various contexts, cultures and countries has led people to increasingly ask whether I can help them out in other ways.

              Examples include;

              Key Note Speaking. Mostly on the topics of Leadership, Self Belief and Motivation I am able to contribute to your Offsite or Conference in ways that “normal” speakers do not. I have the ability to inspire an audience to understand their options and responsibilities and therefore build a call to action. It will be funny, it will be challenging & memorable but above all will stimulate buy-in and action.

              Facilitation. Senior Leaders will often run 1 day events in which they either wish to be a key-speaker or take the chance to be an observer. As a Facilitator or Master of Ceremonies (MC) I can remove the burden of coordinating, warming up and motivating a group such that the key elements of the Conference do not get wasted or missed. Additionally, I am able to act as an Independent 3rd Party to help your management teams or key personnel reach a solution through a targeted, facilitated session.

              Consultancy. It is increasingly the case that Organisations have dissolved their Training and/or Development departments due to not having a full time demand for this skill. As a person with 30 years of experience in Operational Management and Leadership roles plus 12 years as a freelance Leadership Trainer I can bring the expertise and advice that your current situation needs.
